This role provides hands-on leadership for a team of workers' compensation claims professionals, ensuring strong performance, quality, compliance, and customer service.You will guide day-to-day claims operations while helping adjusters navigate complex compensability, investigation, litigation, and jurisdictional matters.The position combines people leadership with technical claims expertise, coaching, performance management, and client support.You will partner with management on recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development while promoting consistent claims practices.The role also provides opportunities to participate in customer reviews, presentations, and claim-specific resolution activities.Success requires sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to maintain performance and composure in a fast-paced environment.This is a remote opportunity with occasional overnight travel and meetings as required.
