We are seeking a senior Workday Talent and Performance Consultant to lead the design and delivery of talent management solutions on the Workday platform.The role focuses on optimizing performance management processes, including performance reviews, calibrations, and goal-setting frameworks.You will partner with business stakeholders to align talent processes with broader organizational strategies and workforce priorities.The position requires strong functional expertise combined with an understanding of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation.You will also support cross-module processes, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and data integrity across talent workflows.Your expertise will help ensure reliable, scalable, and user-friendly performance management experiences for employees and managers.This is an opportunity to take ownership of key Workday talent initiatives in a collaborative and business-focused environment.
