As a Workday Administrator, you will be the engine behind our People Technology landscape, owning the configuration, optimization, and stability of our Core HCM and related systems. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH - Own the Core HCM Landscape: Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Core HCM, driving development, data loads, and system optimization to ensure a seamless experience for our workforce. - Drive Process Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional partners in People, Finance, IT, and IAM to identify friction points and implement automated solutions that save time and reduce errors. - Ensure System Integrity & Security: Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues related to functionality and data integrity, acting as the first line of defense for our People data. - Lead System Evolution: Recommen
