This role sits within a People Technology team and offers the opportunity to lead systems-driven initiatives that improve how HR and talent processes operate. The Workday Business Solutions Analyst will own projects end-to-end, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and practical technology solutions. While Workday is the core platform, the role will also support a broader People Technology ecosystem, including talent acquisition and other HR systems. You’ll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption. The position combines project leadership, business analysis, systems support, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
