Workday Absence analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Absence Analyst based in India. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance enterprise Workday HCM solutions within a global environment. You will work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business needs into effective Workday configurations. The position combines solution design, business analysis, configuration, testing, production support, and continuous improvement. You will have a strong focus on Workday Absence and Time Tracking while contributing to broader HCM processes and technology initiatives. The role also involves stabilizing solutions after implementations and major enhancements, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
