This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFH / Client Customer Services based in United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for a Virtual Member Support Specialist focused on delivering personalized service to clients and helping them understand their available benefits. You’ll connect with members virtually, answer questions, support enrollment, and assist with applications and required documentation.
