Website Experience Sr. Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Website Experience Sr. Director based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of a global website experience toward an AI-powered, agentic operating model. You will own the website vision, roadmap, design, experimentation, analytics, and execution while driving measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and lead generation. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement across web technology, UX, data, personalization, and AI. You will lead product managers, UX designers, web analytics professionals, and developers while partnering closely with teams across the organization. A major focus will be identifying where agentic AI can create meaningful leverage while establishing appropriate guardrails and human oversight.
