The Web3 Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist will support digital-asset businesses in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and obtaining the authorizations required to operate. This role combines regulatory advisory, licensing support, compliance assessments, and the development of practical solutions for the evolving Web3 ecosystem. You will work with clients ranging from crypto-asset service providers and virtual asset service providers to token issuers and other blockchain-focused businesses. A key focus will be European Union and United Arab Emirates regulatory frameworks, helping organizations translate legal obligations into effective governance, risk management, and operational controls.
