Take ownership of the digital experience and performance of a large, multi-brand website ecosystem spanning more than 200 websites.As Web Marketing Manager, you will lead SEO execution, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, technical web delivery, and digital analytics.You will serve as the primary connection between Marketing and IT, turning business priorities into clear technical requirements and successful website improvements.Working closely with Content, Paid Media, Brand, and Email Lifecycle teams, you will identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion.You will oversee the testing roadmap, use data to guide decisions, and help ensure website changes support strong search performance and user experiences.This hands-on leadership role also includes managing and mentoring analysts while helping establish scalable digital marketing practices across a broad portfolio of websites.
