You will combine advanced technical expertise with strategic leadership, business development, and team development. The role offers meaningful influence over hiring, innovation, research, client growth, and technical priorities. You will lead complex wastewater projects that support environmental protection, water sustainability, and public health. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will connect strategic priorities with high-quality project execution. The position also provides flexibility to contribute as a Project Manager, Client Service Manager, or Design Manager depending on your expertise and relationships.
