Greenhouse is looking for a VP, Talent to lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of how we attract, develop, and retain world class teams in an AI driven landscape. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the integration and optimization of three global functions (Talent Acquisition and Planning, Talent Management, and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Allyship / IDEA) to deliver consistent, scalable, and measurable people programs across the entire employee lifecycle.
