VP of Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Sales based in United States. This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for accelerating U.S. revenue growth and building a high-performing sales organization. You will lead an established team of Account Executives and BDRs while expanding into new markets and increasing penetration across existing territories. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling, including direct involvement in complex new-logo opportunities. You will build relationships with decision-makers across state and local government, public health, and human services organizations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape sales strategy, processes, team structure, forecasting, and go-to-market execution. This is a high-impact builder role within a distributed global organization, with significant ownership over the next phase of U.S. growth.
