VP, Business Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Business Operations based in United States. This role owns workforce management for a major revenue-generating channel, with direct accountability for clinician capacity, retention, utilization, credentialing throughput, revenue, and gross margin. You will build and operate the systems required to scale clinician supply and session delivery while maintaining strong unit economics. The position combines general-management thinking with hands-on operational and analytical execution. You will work across Clinical, Recruiting and Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams while influencing leaders who do not report directly to you. Success will depend on turning complex data into clear decisions, identifying root causes, and creating repeatable systems that can scale. This is a fully remote U.S. role with significant executive visibility and ownership over measurable business outcomes.
