Voice Communications Specialist

This remote role supports essential healthcare communications by operating telephone and paging systems with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency.You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, route communications, and provide reliable assistance to patients, caregivers, physicians, and external callers.The position plays an important role in coordinating emergency notifications, physician outreach, paging services, and other time-sensitive communications.You will work with a range of telecommunications, messaging, fax, and paging technologies in a structured healthcare environment.Strong judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential when handling routine requests as well as urgent situations.The role also provides an opportunity to develop healthcare operations experience and progress toward other career opportunities within a large health system.Applicants must reside in Northeast Ohio, and the regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
