Virtual Property Claims Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Property Claims Specialist based in the United States. This remote role is responsible for delivering comprehensive property claims support across multiple regions and claim types.You will investigate losses, evaluate damage, determine coverage, and negotiate accurate settlements within established authority.The position covers both property and inland marine claims, including losses with significant financial exposure.You will also contribute to catastrophe response efforts, helping triage and resolve claims during high-volume events.The role combines technical claims expertise, customer service, vendor coordination, and sound judgment.You will work within established legal, regulatory, and performance standards while managing claims from initial contact through resolution.This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by helping customers recover following insured property losses.
