This is a remote, night-shift opportunity for a nursing professional supporting U.S.-based healthcare clinics.You will serve as a frontline clinical support resource, assisting patients and healthcare teams through inbound and outbound communication.The role combines appointment coordination, patient outreach, documentation, and day-to-day communication with onsite clinical personnel.You will use electronic medical records and digital collaboration tools to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented interactions.As you grow in the role, you may receive training in areas such as referrals, authorizations, medical records, prescriptions, eligibility, benefits, and HEDIS.The position offers an opportunity to build international healthcare operations experience while working in a structured, service-focused environment.It is well suited to an adaptable nursing professional with excellent English communication skills and a strong commitment to patient service.
