As VIP CRM Lead, you will shape and execute the CRM strategy for high-value customer segments across multiple markets.You will oversee VIP communication coverage, customer journeys, and engagement initiatives designed to improve customer experiences and performance.The role combines strategic planning, data analysis, experimentation, and cross-regional coordination.You will monitor CRM effectiveness, identify underperforming journeys, and drive improvements based on customer and performance insights.Working closely with Analytics, VIP Operations, Product, and regional teams, you will help establish consistent CRM standards and processes.You will also identify successful market practices, test new CRM mechanics, and scale proven approaches across regions.This is a fully remote opportunity to influence VIP engagement strategy within a fast-paced, international digital entertainment environment.
