Video Editor, Performance Ads (e-comm)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Video Editor, Performance Ads (E-commerce) based in France. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor with hands-on experience producing high-converting e-commerce advertising content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. In this role, you will transform creative briefs, product assets, and user-generated content into compelling video advertisements designed to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. You will combine traditional video editing expertise with advanced AI-powered creative tools to produce both authentic footage-based ads and fully AI-generated content. Working closely with the creative lead, you will develop new concepts, test hooks, and continuously refine advertisements based on real campaign performance data. You will have direct visibility into advertising metrics, allowing you to understand what works and quickly improve underperforming creatives.
