Video & Content Producer

As a Video & Content Producer, you will transform authentic travel experiences into engaging stories that connect with audiences across digital channels.You will take ownership of video production from concept and remote capture through editing, delivery, and creative asset management.The role combines hands-on shooting and editing with creative direction, storytelling, and production coordination.You will work with travelers, hosts, creators, freelancers, and internal marketing teams to turn raw footage into compelling content.You will also build reusable creative systems and adapt content for social media, paid media, CRM, YouTube, and web.Remote production direction is a core part of the role, requiring you to guide non-professionals in capturing high-quality footage from anywhere.Occasional travel will provide opportunities to capture priority stories and support major launches in an international, purpose-driven environment.
