Vice President, Software Engineering

This executive leadership role will oversee software engineering across a complex portfolio of regulated healthcare and medical technology platforms. The position combines long-term technology strategy with hands-on accountability for delivery, scalability, quality, and operational performance. You will lead large engineering organizations and senior technical leaders while building a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role spans clinical, patient-facing, cloud, data, and connected-device software within a highly regulated Software as a Medical Device environment. You will work closely with Product, Quality, Regulatory, Security, Research, Machine Learning, and IT leaders to turn ambitious ideas into reliable products.
