Vice President, Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Performance Marketing based in United States. This is a senior performance marketing leadership role responsible for paid media strategy and P&L across a diverse multi-brand portfolio.The position will define multi-year investment priorities across search, social, shopping, display, affiliate, video/TV, and emerging channels.You will build the performance marketing organization, develop agency partnerships, and establish scalable operating standards.Success will be measured through improved customer acquisition economics, media efficiency, testing velocity, and commercial impact.The role partners closely with Creative, Merchandising, eCommerce, Product, and Web Development teams to connect paid investment with broader business priorities.You will also represent performance marketing at the executive level, translating complex data into clear recommendations and growth opportunities.This is a high-ownership environment suited to a strategic builder who is comfortable moving quickly and making end-to-end decisions.
