Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Software Sales & Customer Success based in United States. This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an accomplished software sales and customer success executive.The role will lead revenue growth, customer retention, expansion, and commercial execution across enterprise software and AI solutions.You will shape go-to-market strategy while strengthening the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that support scalable growth.Working closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership, you will connect customer needs with product and revenue priorities.You will also help commercialize new AI, automation, and workflow capabilities for sophisticated enterprise and financial services customers.As a market-facing leader, you will build executive relationships, represent the business externally, and strengthen its competitive position.The ideal candidate combines enterprise software expertise, financial services knowledge, operational discipline, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
