The position has broad responsibility across employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, payroll, performance management, and professional development. It also plays a key role in strengthening organizational culture, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with executive leadership, the VP of HR connects talent strategies with long-term organizational goals and business priorities.
