This is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on accelerating growth across U.S. healthcare markets.You will own enterprise sales across health plans, payers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic healthcare partners.The role combines direct selling with go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and commercial infrastructure building.You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives.The position offers the opportunity to influence product, clinical, marketing, and service strategies through customer and market insights.As a player-coach, you will personally lead strategic opportunities while developing a scalable payer and health system sales function.Your work will contribute to expanding access to digital behavioral health solutions for young people across the U.S.
