Location: Remote, with approximately ~25% travel for team meetings and clinic visits. 
As Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for building our world-class obesity medicine and primary care clinical teams across the country. You will work in tandem with our Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer to build the culture, set the goals, and build the team and infrastructure necessary to achieve best-in-class clinical outcomes for our patients. In conjunction with Practice Operations, you will drive clinical performance, including patient outcomes, contribution margin, and access, utilization across markets. You are patient-centered and have experience working across specialties and disciplines in a healthcare provider organization.  The team that will report to you includes (but is not limited to) committed physicians, APP’s, registered nurses, dietitians, and behavioral health clinicians across multiple geographies that are providing comprehensive medical care, with a specific focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity-related conditions as appropriate in a primary care setting.
