Vice President & General Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President & General Manager based in Australia. This is a senior executive opportunity to establish and lead a growing biopharmaceutical business in Australia from the ground up. You will shape the country strategy, build a high-performing multifunctional organization, and prepare the market for multiple oncology product launches. The role combines commercial leadership, P&L ownership, market access, government affairs, clinical development, and organizational design. As a member of the broader regional leadership team, you will influence regional growth priorities while contributing to global commercialization and development strategies. You will build critical relationships with regulators, government stakeholders, healthcare institutions, clinical leaders, patient organizations, and industry partners. This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by improving access to innovative treatments for patients with serious diseases.
