The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on transformation, standardization, quality, and operational excellence. You will lead initiatives spanning NPI, manufacturing engineering, supplier integration, automation, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. As a global leader, you will influence executive stakeholders and guide teams through significant organizational and technological change. The position offers the opportunity to build a future-ready electronics ecosystem while improving cost, quality, speed, reliability, and resilience. The role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires approximately 25–50% travel.
