Vice President, Debt Originations, CRE Capital Markets

Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Debt Originations, CRE Capital Markets based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead debt origination and structured finance activities across the commercial real estate market. As a full-cycle producer, you will own client relationships from initial conversations through funded transactions, providing strategic capital guidance throughout the process. You will build and maintain a durable pipeline of borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries while identifying opportunities for repeatable deal flow. The position combines sophisticated underwriting and capital structuring expertise with strong market-facing relationship management. You will work across a broad range of financing solutions, including bridge, permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity. This is a highly autonomous role suited to a capital markets professional who can combine technical execution, business development, and scalable deal management.
