Vice President, Clinical Service Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Service Operations based in United States. As Vice President, Clinical Service Operations, you will own the operational engine supporting a large-scale virtual clinical practice. You will ensure clinical capacity reliably meets member demand while building the infrastructure, workflows, and governance required for efficient care delivery. The role carries significant operational and financial responsibility, including workforce planning, capacity forecasting, budgeting, COGS management, and headcount planning. You will partner closely with clinical operations, HR, Finance, Product, Analytics, and growth leaders to align supply with changing demand. A major focus will be ensuring onboarding services, sensor support, and human coverage are consistently available so members can progress without operational delays. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to scale healthcare operations, strengthen service reliability, and build capacity for new clients, programs, and innovations.
