Vendor Management Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist based in India. This role offers the opportunity to manage and strengthen vendor partnerships supporting innovative Physical AI and specialized data operations programs. You will oversee external partners involved in collecting complex, real-world datasets, including first-person perspective, sensor-tagged spatial, and activity-based data. The position combines vendor management, operational coordination, data quality oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with internal data science and product teams to translate data requirements into effective vendor delivery plans. The role also involves coordinating multi-site and multi-country engagements while maintaining high standards for data quality, coverage, licensing, and provenance. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data operations, and global partner management.
