UX/UI Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX/UI Lead based in the United States. As UX/UI Lead, you will own the end-to-end design of a high-impact subscription and ecommerce experience serving thousands of customers.You will shape intuitive journeys across acquisition, checkout, account management, billing, retention, and subscription lifecycle experiences.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, Brand, and Lifecycle teams, you will turn customer needs and business goals into thoughtful digital experiences.You will set a high bar for UX/UI craft, maintain scalable design systems, and champion accessibility and mobile-first design practices.The role combines hands-on design, research, experimentation, project leadership, and external contractor direction.You will use customer insights, behavioral data, usability testing, and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.As an individual contributor in a fast-moving environment, you will have significant ownership and influence over the evolution of the digital product experience.
