UX Researcher

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Researcher based in United States. This is a six-month temporary opportunity for a mixed-methods UX Researcher to shape experiences across the dating and social connection space.You’ll partner closely with product leaders, designers, and cross-functional teams to uncover user needs and identify meaningful product opportunities.Your research will combine qualitative and quantitative methods to understand behaviors, validate solutions, and explain the trends emerging from product data.You’ll work across diverse user segments, exploring complex and highly human problems with empathy, curiosity, and minimal bias.The role offers the opportunity to turn research findings into actionable insights that directly influence product and business decisions.You’ll also help strengthen research practices by sharing methodologies, documentation, and best practices across product and design teams.The position is fully remote and suited to a flexible, analytical researcher who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
