UX Lead, Public Website and CMS Migration (credit unions)

Our partner is looking for a UX Lead, Public Website and CMS Migration (credit unions) based in Canada. This is a strategic UX leadership opportunity focused on transforming complex, content-rich public websites for credit unions.You will lead discovery, experience strategy, information architecture, and CMS migration initiatives from concept through implementation.The role goes beyond visual redesign, with a strong emphasis on content structure, navigation, member journeys, and reusable digital experiences.You will help determine which content and functionality should be retained, redesigned, consolidated, or retired.Working across marketing, technology, business, compliance, and executive stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into intuitive member experiences.The role also connects public websites with broader journeys such as account opening, digital banking, product applications, and branch services.It is ideal for an experienced UX leader who combines strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and hands-on website and CMS expertise.
