UX Designer – Retail & Operational Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Designer – Retail & Operational Systems based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, efficient digital experiences for frontline retail and financial operations. You will design transactional systems used in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments where usability, accuracy, and speed are critical. Your work will simplify complex workflows while helping users complete high-frequency tasks with fewer errors and less training. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to turn business and regulatory requirements into clear user experiences. The position combines research, workflow architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design-system development.
