User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project) based in Belgium. This is a hands-on growth role with full ownership of Meta as a core acquisition channel for a new AI-powered EdTech product.You’ll manage significant paid media budgets while optimizing toward sustainable ROAS, LTV, and scalable growth.The role combines campaign execution, experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis in an automation-first environment.You’ll work closely with product and creative teams to test new concepts, improve conversion, and identify high-potential growth levers.Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll help refine the systems and automation that enable user acquisition to operate efficiently at scale.The environment is global, remote, fast-moving, and highly focused on measurable performance and continuous experimentation.This is an opportunity for an experienced UA professional to have direct impact on a new product’s growth trajectory.
