What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns for Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap, specifically targeting Health and Fitness audiences.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of mobile performance campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap from launch and testing to optimization and large-scale budget scaling

- Manage and scale high budgets (experience with 7-figure monthly spend or operating within a team managing budgets at that scale)

- Lead structured creative experimentation in partnership with designers, driving A/B testing and full-funnel performance optimization

- Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis (CPI β†’ CPA β†’ ROAS β†’ LTV) to inform confident, data-driven scaling decisions

- Apply strong attribution modeling knowledge to optimize channel strategy and budget allocation

- Execute and optimize Web2App acquisition flows

- Monitor campaign performance through structured reporting and automation, identifying continuous optimization opportunities

- Collaborate closely with Data & BI teams, leveraging tools such as Tableau / Looker and AppsFlyer / Adjust

- Research, evaluate and test new acquisition channels to unlock incremental growth

- Leverage AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows, including creative ideation and iteration, copy and UGC script generation, creative analysis, landing page optimization, and reporting automation

✨In your first three months you will:

- Be proficient in all metrics, attribution logic, processes and reporting tools

- Independently manage campaigns, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, and know how to scale and reduce volumes when necessary

- Take ownership of an additional growth initiative, suggest ideas and improvements, analyze competitors, and make confident, data-driven decisions

The ideal profile:

- 3+ years of experience in B2C User Acquisition

- Proven experience managing or contributing to 7-figure monthly Paid Social budgets (Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap)
