ABOUT THE ROLE Hi, I'm Karen Salmon https://www.linkedin.com/in/karen-salmon-6a3719119/, the U.S. Insurance Lead here at Jane. I've been with Jane for over two years and lead a small but mighty team supporting U.S.-based clinics through the real, day-to-day complexities of insurance billing. Our work is all about helping clinics get paid accurately and on time. We collaborate closely with payers, internal teams, and clinic staff to remove friction, clarify processes, and advocate for our customers. We're also directly involved in shaping how Jane builds and improves its U.S. billing tools and services. This role is a first for us. You'll be building Jane's very first credentialing service from the ground up, starting with our Billing Service customers, with a broader offering likely down the road.
