US Founding Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early engineering team building US operations and core banking infrastructure for digital assets and financial technology. As a founding engineer, you will own important systems end to end and help shape a programmable banking platform designed to move money reliably at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Ship production code early while learning the codebase, product, and banking domain. - Lead projects from initial concept through implementation and production as an individual contributor. - Translate complex financial and banking problems into reliable software that can operate at scale. - Make decisions about system design, data modeling, and architectural tradeoffs. - Work with engineering, product, and clients to evolve core banking systems. - Build simple, automated solutions that reduce operational effort and are easy to maintain.
