UI UX Design Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UI UX Design Lead based in Brazil. As UI UX Design Lead, you will own the visual and user experience direction for engaging mobile game experiences.You will lead an internal design team while remaining hands-on with UI/UX work from initial concepts through production-ready assets.Working closely with product, engineering, and game design teams, you will turn creative ideas into polished and intuitive interfaces.The role combines strong visual design, interaction design, illustration, animation, and information architecture expertise.You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.You will also establish efficient design processes that improve collaboration and help teams deliver outstanding mobile experiences.This is a fully remote opportunity within a creative, international, and fast-growing mobile gaming environment.
