U.S. Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a U.S. Recruiter based in the United States. This fully remote, full-time contract role is an opportunity to own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will focus heavily on proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, and efficient hiring execution. The role is particularly suited to a recruiter who enjoys finding specialized talent for challenging and high-priority positions rather than relying on inbound applications. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, assess candidates, and move qualified talent through the hiring process. You will also leverage modern recruiting technologies and AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and workflow efficiency. This is a hands-on six-month engagement requiring strong ownership, persistence, and the ability to work across multiple priorities.
