Trust & Safety Analyst (Contract) Contract Length: 6 to 8 months Location: Remote, United States & Canada Rate: $30p/h to $40 p/h As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you know how bad actors behave and have the knowledge to keep our players safe from exploitation, toxicity, and harm. You will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our players by assisting with the day-to-day enforcement of our safety policies and workflows, so that our game environments remain a safe space for everyone to enjoy. Responsibilities include: - Conduct manual safety case investigations and apply appropriate enforcement actions in line with established studio policy. - Review player reports, accounts, or detected violations involving harassment, discrimination, griefing, cheating, toxicity, and other inappropriate behaviors that may include explicit content. - Document case details accurately to support safety investigations and internal reporting requirements - Compile and submit reports of illegal harms to NCMEC / law enforcement. - Respond directly to players appealing their bans, sanctions, and other moderating action(s).
