The Trial Conversion Specialist will own the customer journey from initial trial engagement through successful subscription conversion.This role focuses on helping prospective customers understand the value of a SaaS platform through personalized guidance, training, and support.You will manage a high-volume pipeline while building trusted relationships and identifying customer goals, challenges, and business needs.Working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, you will influence product adoption and customer retention.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable guiding users through a consultative buying experience.Success in this role is measured through conversion performance, customer activation, and long-term satisfaction.
