Traveling Community Manager - Affordable Housing

Our partner is looking for a Traveling Community Manager - Affordable Housing based in United States. This full-time role supports affordable housing communities across Northeast and Southeast portfolios, with 100% travel required. The Traveling Community Manager oversees day-to-day property operations and on-site compliance activities across assigned properties. The position plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, strong resident service, financial performance, and property standards. You will work closely with regional leadership, compliance, construction, maintenance, vendors, and other stakeholders to address operational priorities. The role combines hands-on property management with inspections, reporting, budgeting, collections, and resident support. Success requires strong organization, sound judgment, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
