Transformation Programme Manager, Procurement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transformation Programme Manager, Procurement based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a major, multi-year procurement transformation programme. You’ll take ownership of projects spanning a broad portfolio of initiatives designed to improve procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and ways of working. Working within a dedicated transformation PMO, you’ll manage delivery from planning through implementation while keeping scope, budget, timelines, risks, and outcomes on track. You’ll collaborate closely with technology teams, delivery squads, vendors, contractors, and senior stakeholders across international locations. The role requires strong influence and coordination skills, particularly in a matrixed environment where teams may not report directly to you.
