Transformation and Change Management Practitioner

Our partner is looking for a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner based in Switzerland. This is a senior consulting role focused on helping private equity investors, portfolio companies, and technology businesses turn strategic ambitions into measurable business outcomes. You will lead complex transformation and change-management programmes spanning operating models, technology, processes, people, and governance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, requiring you to engage senior stakeholders and maintain momentum through delivery. You will help organisations build compelling cases for change, align teams around priorities, and embed new ways of working. Your work will directly support growth, operational performance, resilience, customer outcomes, and value creation. You will operate in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment alongside investment, commercial, operational, financial, and technology specialists.
