Training Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Training Specialist based in India. This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting large-scale training and learning initiatives for an enterprise ERP modernization program.You will lead training activities from learning needs analysis and strategy through development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.The role focuses on creating practical, role-based learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.You will translate complex ERP systems, business processes, and workflows into accessible and engaging training materials.Working with business stakeholders, technical teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and change leaders, you will ensure learning solutions remain accurate and relevant.The position offers broad ownership across instructional design, facilitation, digital adoption, governance, learning analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
