What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear, engaging training materials, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate training schedules, enrolments, and logistics; manage Learning Management System (LMS) course setup, enrolments, and reporting.
  • Assess learning outcomes through evaluations, quizzes, and hands-on assessments; track completion and maintain training records.
  • Provide coaching and support to learners and stakeholders to reinforce skills and ensure transfer of learning to the job.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training content and delivery based on learner feedback and performance data.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial services, Fin. Crime, and or AML Compliance industry.
  • Having strong subject matter expertise and knowledge in the following fields but not limited to: AML/CTF, Fraud Risk, KYC/Sanctions/EDD.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Industry, and interest in Crypto Investigations.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience analysing training metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience supporting remote/hybrid workforces or industry-specific training background.

The annual salary range for this position is €23,000.00-€39,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
