Training Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Training Associate based in India. This role gives you the opportunity to directly support and develop a large community of student entrepreneurs across the United States.As part of a growth-focused team, you will help new Campus Manager trainees build the skills, confidence, and foundations needed to launch and grow their businesses.You will play an important role in onboarding, training, sales development, and day-to-day trainee support.Your guidance, ideas, and feedback will have a direct impact on the experience and success of hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs.The role combines communication, coaching, coordination, problem-solving, and creative thinking in a fast-paced environment.You will work closely with both trainees and internal team members while helping continuously improve the training experience.This opportunity is well suited to someone who thrives on high standards, embraces challenges, and wants their work to create a tangible impact.
