TPM: Operational Targeting Products

As a Technical Program Manager for Operational Targeting Products, you will own end-to-end execution for a high-priority software campaign supporting defense, public safety, and national security missions. You will translate business strategy and customer commitments into clear, sequenced delivery plans for dedicated engineering teams. The role combines program leadership, technical fluency, customer engagement, and day-to-day delivery ownership. You will coordinate engineering, cloud, client, and QA teams while managing scope, schedules, dependencies, and risks. You will work directly with operators and mission stakeholders to turn field needs into actionable product requirements.
