Tournament Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tournament Coordinator based in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to take operational ownership of esports tournaments from initial planning through live delivery and post-event review.You’ll turn tournament objectives, approved designs, and commercial requirements into clear, executable operational plans.The position brings together tournament operations, project coordination, stakeholder management, and live event delivery.You’ll coordinate people, systems, schedules, and dependencies while ensuring every aspect of an event is ready for launch.As a key operational contact, you’ll work closely with internal delivery teams, publishers, esports teams, partners, and other stakeholders.The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve risks before they affect delivery.You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment where your coordination directly contributes to high-quality tournament experiences for teams, partners, and fans.
